Before social media, before facebook, twitter and blogs I relied on a site called "Redbubble" for my virtual arts interactions. Originated in Melbourne, Australia I was proud that Aussies had started such a great site for creative interactions.
I lived on the site. I loved discovering new artists and their designs. I loved selling my work on there and created a lot of designs just for the site. I had a good deal of success selling my Tee shirts, especially the planet city tee:
As the years went by I drifted away from the site as it turned from a great meeting of graphic types to more of a photography site (oh so much bad photography), new social media became my focus (such as this blog ha ha).
The other day my memory of the good times I had there was jogged by a payment made for some sales I had achieved, Woo hoo! I have decided to upload some of my photography there (hopefully not bad photography) and when I get a few graphic jobs out of the way that I am currently working on I may just get back into designing Tees. My style and my techniques has changed a lot since I last uploaded. It will be interesting to see how much once I get back into the swing of things. Till then my photography will have to suffice.
So if you would like to have a wee look at some of my new photography and my old graphic work then please head over to my Redbubble portfolio for a little look. The products they sell make great presents and you are supporting an independent artist along the way.*
*Every tee that I have purchased off the site has been of great quality and the print will not fade or crack like a cheaper print.** The card stock is lovely and of great quality.
