Stitch n Bitch Projects

On our Stitch n Bitch weekend i was on sewing FIRE. I felt like i got so much done. I finished the little dress for Miss G and she has already worn it, she loved it. I completed another heart back tea dress and sold it on the spot to another one of the lovely stitch ladies.
The following project took up the rest of my weekend and i got it finished last night. Punk is back baby! On the way out the door for the weekend i threw in this woolen check material, not sure why. I decided that i must have a new coat for the up coming (and i'm guessing) freezing winter. Amongst all the patterns floating about at Stitch i couldn't find one that suited what i wanted to make. I found a jacket i had bought with me and drafted a pattern off it.

I love its Paddington buttons (with slightly dodgy sewing).

Its pockets

And my self embroidered swallow tattoo (yes that is interfacing attached, but i kind of like it)

I even lined it!! Out of control i tell ya!
