My Creative Space

Wow...didn't realise i had been this busy this week till i uploaded all the photos. I did however spend Saturday night at home last weekend so managed to get heaps of sewing done that night (yes, please insert quip about getting old here)

I started on redecorating the dolls house for the G Mysters Birthday. It was made by my Dad for my little sister, who is now too big for dolls houses. I have been looking at furniture online...oh my its expensive!! I reeeealy want to deck it out in retro looking stuff but its very rare and very expensive. It might have to be shoe boxes and toilet rolls after all.

My friend had a baby so i whipped up a quilt for her little bundle. They named the new one Freya, i love the name, but don't envy them for the next eight weeks or so...first baby n all (shudder).

And here is my work form Saturday night....vests made from found jumpers. I am getting together some products to sell on a web site called "Sally Ruth". She is a Tassie lady with a web site that sell beautiful handmade goodies. I promised her a box of stuff but i think it may just end up being two boxes. I am waiting for my new woven tags to arrive before i send make them look all professional and stuff.
I have also completed the painting for Maggie May this week but since i have already blogged that i wont bore you again...ok i will..indulge me....

This week coming i am going to focus on my Chocolate Winterfest wearable art dress, Maggies tunic and the doll house....too many projects..not enough time.
